Shipping policy

We ship everywhere!

We get most packages out within 1-2 business days. 📦

Yes! We allow customer pick ups and your order is usually ready within 1-2 business days. If you select "local pick up" at check out, we'll be in touch with you about the best time to arrange pick up. Please note that our studio is not open to the public and arrangements will need to be made for a successful pick up.

Returns and exchanges

As a rule? No. But please talk to us if you're unhappy for any reason so we can make it right.

*Due to COVID restrictions and for the safety of our staff and customers, we're unable to exchange candles at this time.

*Due to the personal nature of the product, we're unable to exchange perfume for any reason.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After we receive proof of damage, (typically in the form of emailed photos,) we will replace your product at no additional cost. 📬

No. Our plants extracts and essential oils are blended with high quality perfume oils from around the world. 

All of our products are Phthalate, Paraben, and Cruelty Free. We use 100% soy and natural cotton wicks. Our perfumes use a base of organic therapy-grade fractionated coconut oil. Our oils are infused with wild-harvested flowers and organic herbs + spices.
